- If you request Zomunk to provide visa related services, then copies of your passport, bank statements, originals of the filled in application forms, photographs, and any other information which may be required by the respective embassy to process your visa application.
- For international bookings, Users, in compliance with the Liberalized Remittance Scheme(LRS) of RBI or any other law may be required to provide details such as their PAN information or passport details number or any such information required by Service Provider. Such information shall be strictly used as per the aforesaid requirements only. In case a User does not wish to provide this information, Zomunk may not be able to process the booking. Zomunk will never share User’s PAN details without their prior consent unless otherwise such action is required by any law enforcement authority for investigation, by court order or in reference to any legal process.
- In case you opt for contactless check-in at Hotels, then copies of your government identification like aadhar, driving license, election card etc., Self-declaration and any other information like date of birth, destination/origin of travel and place of residence that may be required by the concerned Hotel to honor your hotel booking.
- For international bookings, Users, in compliance with the Liberalized Remittance Scheme(LRS) of RBI or any other law may be required to provide details such as their PAN information or passport details number or any such information required by Service Provider.
- In case you opt for contactless check-in at Hotels, then copies of your government identification like aadhar, driving license, election card etc., Self-declaration and any other information like date of birth, destination/origin of travel and place of residence that may be required by the concerned Hotel to honour your hotel booking.
- Your Covid-19 Vaccination status and certificate in case you wish to avail any service for provision of which such Covid-19 vaccination related information is required or want to access your vaccination certificate at a later stage for travel related or any other purpose. MMT will never process the beneficiary id and other id details contained in the vaccination certificate.
Information provided through feedback, surveys, suggestions, etc., without the parts that identify you is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use and share such information on an anonymous and aggregated basis with third parties.
At all times, you may refuse all cookies on your browser. However, by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the website.
It is clarified that as per the Terms & Conditions, the above information is intended to be provided only by those who are legally competent, as per applicable laws, to enter into a contract and give consent for their personal information to be collected.

This information is also useful for travel suppliers as it enables them to identify new routes or locations that are in demand and ensure they are delivering competitive rates. For example, we can use search data to monitor demand for destinations and make sure that the fares and travel options that we surface to our users are available via our services.
- To create audience lists by processing and using your email information to create custom audience lists for our targeted marketing purposes on advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, Bing and Pinterest or to create lookalike audiences to target with marketing and advertising materials.
Such information shall be strictly used for the aforesaid specified & lawful purpose only. We may share this information with the end service provider or any other third party for provision and facilitation of the desired booking. We will always redact all/any sensitive & confidential information contained in the vaccination certificate, passbook, bank statement or any other identity card submitted for the purpose of availing a service, promotional offer or booking a product on the Website. In case you do not wish to provide this information or opt for deletion of the information already provided, we may not be able to process the desired booking request. We will never share any of the above information collected including PAN card details, Vaccination status & certificate, Passport details, Aadhar Card details without their prior consent unless otherwise such action is required by any law enforcement authority for investigation, by court order or in reference to any legal process.
In our processing of your information, we also share your personal information to defend our rights and the rights of others, to efficiently maintain our business, and to comply with the law. The collecting agency in respect of Your Information is Zomunk. However, Your Information may be stored/retained on the servers of Supabase and Varcel. Your Information may also be stored/retained by Supabase and Varcel as we use their services to monitor our website usage.

However, since complete security cannot be ensured by any entity, please note that Zomunk does not guarantee the security of Your Information. In the event that Zomunk becomes aware of any breach of security such that it affects Your Information, Zomunk shall notify you using commercially reasonable efforts. However, as detailed in Clause 10 of this Privacy Policy, you should look at this Privacy Policy regularly to check for such changes.
Zomunk claims no responsibility for the security of any third-party links, websites or resources that you may access through or in connection with our Platform and/or the Services.
- Third Party Websites and Applications
Our Services may include and link to features and services (such as social applications like Google, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter and payment gateways) that are provided by a third party. If you use these features and services, please understand that the third parties that operate them may collect information from you which will be used in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms of use, which may differ from ours.
We share information relating to our users with selected third parties who provide us with a variety of different services that support the delivery of our services. These third party processors range from providers of technical infrastructure to customer service and authentication tools. - Providers of email management and distribution tools – for example, if you sign up to receive Zomunk newsletters or other marketing messages, we will manage the delivery of these to you using a third party email distribution tool;
- Providers of security and fraud prevention services – for example, we use these providers to identify automated software agents that might disrupt our services or to prevent misuse of our APIs;
- Providers of data aggregation and analytics software services that enable us to effectively monitor and optimise the delivery of our services;
- Providers of tracking tools that we use to monitor instances where you click on a link to a travel supplier’s website and redirect from the Zomunk platform to that travel supplier’s;
- Providers of software platforms that assist us in communicating or providing customer support services to you – for example, we manage and respond to any messages you send us via our help centre using a third party communications management tool;
- Providers of online cloud storage services and other essential IT support services.
If you are purchasing travel with a Travel Supplier from within our services' booking platform, any personal data you submit as part of the booking process will be shared with the relevant Travel Supplier and/or a third party contracted to provide services on their behalf, in order to enable the booking to processed. When we share your personal data in this way, you'll get an opportunity to review the Travel Supplier's privacy policy and terms and conditions first. Before completing any purchase, we recommend that you carefully review these documents in order to understand how that Travel Supplier will use your information. We may also share personal data with the Travel Supplier for their, or our, standard verification and fraud-detection purposes.
In order to prevent and detect fraud, we may share information about you with the fraud prevention services providers we cooperate with ("Fraud Prevention Providers").
Travel Suppliers and Fraud Prevention Providers may be located in, or process your information, outside of the country in which you are based. For example, if you are booking a flight that operates within a particular country you should expect that your personal information will be transferred to, and be processed by Travel Suppliers that are located in that country. The regulations in these countries may not provide the same level of protection of personal data as the regulations in your own country of residence.
We will share personal data with third parties where you expressly authorise us to, such as where we run a promotion in conjunction with a partner and you instruct us to share your email address with that third party for the purpose of receiving promotional emails.
Publicly accessible personal data included in User Content such as your name, likeness and the content of reviews and posts may be shared and/or made available to carefully selected third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship for the purpose of displaying this content for their similar travel-related services.
